We want your Bandit Utility Co. order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

All orders of $75.00 or more ship free to addresses within the United States. No code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rate

Orders under $75.00 ship for a flat rate of $4.99 within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package at the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and our international fulfillment partners, depending on your location and item availability.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, contact us at support@banditutiityco.com before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@banditutiityco.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address correction requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order.
