30-Day Return Policy
At Bandit Utility Co., we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- For damaged or defective items, a photo of the damage must be submitted to our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@banditutiityco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping benefit, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@banditutiityco.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
